Example scenarios
What working together could look like.
Not client stories, but realistic scenarios from everyday business life. They show which tasks are agreed, how often they come up and how the collaboration is set up.
Note: all scenarios are illustrative. They do not describe actual clients or projects.
01 · Essential
One area that no longer depends on you.
The starting point
You run a small business and things are going well. Only one thing slips every month: invoices, receipts, outstanding payments.
At the end of the month you sit at the kitchen table in the evening, sorting documents and writing reminders that should have gone out two weeks ago.
We agree once which receipts go where, when reminders go out and what your tax adviser needs. After that I take care of it every month on the agreed schedule.
What I take over
- Collecting and filing receipts and documents
- Keeping track of open items
- Preparing payment reminders
- Compiling documents for your tax advisor
What I follow up on independently
- Missing receipts and documents
- Outstanding payments
- Open questions
What stays with you
- Approvals when something goes beyond the standard
- Decisions when things are unclear
How we work together
- Together we define which tasks are included
- Structured digital communication
- Reply within up to 2 business days
Matching package
Essential – when one clearly defined area should reliably come off your desk.

02 · Executive
Monday, 8:30 am. Your inbox is full. So is your week.
The starting point
While you prepare for your client meeting, I sort open topics, coordinate two rescheduled meetings and follow up on three outstanding replies.
The monthly figures? Already prepared. Documents still missing for Wednesday's meeting? I'll take care of it. Next week's trip? Organized.
Which tasks are included and how they should run was agreed at the start. Once a week you get a short overview: what's done, what's still open and where I need a decision from you.
What I take over
- Calendar and meeting coordination
- Travel planning and preparation
- Monthly KPIs and reports
- Compiling documents for meetings
- Preparing correspondence
What I follow up on independently
- Outstanding replies and documents
- Reminders and open items
- Deadlines and appointments
What stays with you
- Decisions and priorities
- Conversations where you're personally needed
- Short approvals, bundled instead of scattered
How we work together
- Several fixed areas of responsibility
- Regular check-ins on priorities
- Reply usually within one business day
Matching package
Executive – for several areas of work that should be taken over on a regular basis.

03 · Priority Executive
Lots in motion. And someone keeping the overview.
The starting point
You run a growing business, travel a lot and have several things going on at once: projects, partners, meetings, numbers.
At the start we agree which topics I look after on an ongoing basis, who the contacts are and how often we check in. Once a week we go through the status together.
After that I follow up on the agreed topics, coordinate with the people involved and prepare documents for your decisions. If something is missing, I ask.
What I take over
- Coordinating several ongoing topics
- Reporting and management support
- Preparing decision-making material
- Organizing meetings and travel
- Liaising with internal and external contacts
What I follow up on independently
- All open topics and their status
- Commitments from others involved
- Appointments, deadlines and next steps
What stays with you
- Strategic decisions
- The conversations only you can have
- A fixed slot for our joint overview
How we work together
- Larger reserved capacity and high priority
- Regular personal check-ins
